Meet Dr. Phil
Helping others grow as leaders is Dr. Phil’s driving force. With over two decades of leadership development and strategic planning experience, he has served top privately held companies and nonprofit organizations across Texas in industries such as finance, manufacturing, and construction.
Known for his dynamic approach, he has become one of DFW’s most respected executive coaches, earning a growing national reputation for his executive coaching, senior leadership retreats, strategic planning facilitation, and advanced human analytics.
Dr. Phil holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, an M.T.S. from Texas Christian University, and a B.A. from Harding University. His work blends academic depth with practical insight, helping leaders apply organizational theory and innovative leadership strategies to real-world challenges.
Beyond his professional life, Phillip is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, camping, running, and cycling. He has completed multiple 150+ mile cycling events and climbed to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro (19,341 ft). He and his wife, Laura, have been married since 1995 and have three children.
